Pawmize Subscription Policy

Pawmize is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription automatically renews each month, and your saved payment method will be charged unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Cancel at Any Time

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Pawmize Portal. Your membership and access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel within 30 days of your initial sign-up, you may request a full refund of your first month’s payment by contacting our billing team at billing@pawmize.com.

After the first 30 days, payments already processed are nonrefundable, but your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
