Unexpected situations can leave a pet’s immediate care uncertain. A clear, current plan helps the people you trust know what to do.

Living alone without a backup plan

If you live alone, the people closest to you may not immediately know that your pet is waiting at home.

A pet owner misses their scheduled check-ins and cannot be reached. Our human-led outreach begins, contacting their chosen people in the order listed in their Pawmize Pet Emergency Plan so someone can check on the pet.

An unexpected medical emergency

An accident or sudden hospitalization can make it impossible to contact the people who usually help with your pet.
